Who you are contracting with

AiM (AI With Minal) is the trade name of Minal Ishwar Sharma, a sole proprietorship registered under GSTIN 27LJFPS8090H1ZE, principal place of business A-4/3 Kasliwal Classic, Tapadiya Nagar, Dargah Road, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra 431001, India. What we sell

• Recorded courses. One payment gives one named person the recordings and the file pack for the stated number of days, counted from the day you pay.
• Live sessions and workshops. A seat for one named person on the stated dates.
• Corporate training and consulting. Delivered under a separate written scope and quotation, which prevails over this page wherever they differ.

Access is personal

Access is granted to one person and is not transferable. Sharing a login, a recording link or the files, or re-uploading or reselling the material, ends your access without a refund. The decks, datasets, templates and recordings stay our copyright. Use them inside your own work freely. Do not redistribute, publish or teach from them commercially.

Price and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and are set by our server at checkout, so the amount you are charged is the amount we quoted. Razorpay collects the payment. GST is charged where it applies and is shown on your invoice.

What you need at your end

Sessions are demonstration led. You do not need a paid AI licence to follow them. To reproduce the in-app work afterwards you may need your own subscription to the tool concerned, which is yours to arrange. We do not supply the tools.

Changes to a session

If a live session has to move we tell you as early as we can and offer the new date or the recording. If we cancel outright and no alternative date suits you, we refund that session in full.

What we do not promise

We teach how to use AI tools on real finance work. We do not guarantee a business result, a job, a score or a particular saving, and nothing in our material is legal, tax, audit or investment advice. AI tools make mistakes, which is exactly what we teach you to catch. Decisions you take using them remain yours.

Conduct

Please do not record, redistribute or disrupt a live session, and please do not paste client-confidential data into a shared screen or chat. We may remove anyone who does, without a refund.

Liability

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the course or engagement concerned.

Law

Indian law governs these terms, and the courts at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
