The short version

Recorded courses are non-refundable, because you receive everything the moment you pay. Live sessions can be cancelled for a refund before they start, on the scale below. If we cancel, you are made whole.

Recorded courses

A recorded course delivers the complete recordings and file pack as soon as payment is confirmed, so there is nothing to return. These sales are final and access is not transferable.

Two exceptions, and we mean them. If you are charged twice for the same course, we refund the duplicate in full. If access is never delivered and we cannot fix it within seven days of you telling us, we refund you in full.

Live sessions and workshops

• More than seven days before the first session: full refund, less the payment gateway charge.
• Two to seven days before: fifty per cent refund, or move your seat to the next cohort at no cost.
• Under forty-eight hours before, or once the session has begun: no refund. You keep the recordings for the stated access period.
• If we cancel or postpone and no alternative date suits you: full refund.

Corporate training and consulting

Cancellation terms sit in the written scope or quotation for that engagement, and those apply instead of this page.

How to ask

Write to hello@aiwithminal.com from the address you bought with, quoting your payment reference. We reply within three working days. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method, and Razorpay usually takes five to seven working days to credit it.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before raising a chargeback. A dispute raised without contacting us first is defended with the delivery record, and it slows your own money down.
